anyone else having lots or problems with cams... on both the phone and lappy. I tend to have more problems using phone and not so many on the lappy but still a few. For example now it is not load any cams or mine

I find if the person you mic/cam with/person who is watching your cam uses the same browser then it works well from a PC, FireFox seems to work the best. I have not been able to use mic/cam on Chrome and I have not attempted to use mic/cam via phone.
Maybe update your drivers on your PC if using the same browser doesn't work?
Mic/Cams don't work on Edge or IE.
Phone- try using Chrome or FireFox

I use chrome exclusively and have never had an issue.
