Definitely high in carbs (sugar), not suitable for keto. I'm sure there are low carb quark versions that you could add fruit to, but fruit itself is difficult during ketosis.

I am not cutting carbs out completely, but I do watch how many I eat and the veggies actually filled close to my amount of them for the day I do enjoy fruits though, and thanks for checking about them. It was delicious by the way

Good morning and I hope you can, are you tired? If so, I say stay in for a bit.
I actually didn't look it up, I ate ketogenic for over a year, so I'm pretty familiar. I used to stay around 35. That would keep my in ketosis and give enough leeway to eat veggies I like and some fruit.

Mhmm. I only had 5 hours of sleep, yay for natural wake up once it gets too sunny out. And here I thought I had black out blinds... Freshly squeezes orange juice would be nice.
I maintain my weight by taking in at least 150 to 200 a day, but prefer my meals high protein now. Instead of potatoes I use sweet potatoes and cheat every once in awhile so I am not missing sweets all the time. I use to be pretty big and slimmed down quite a bit off of Keto did it work well for you and what do you follow now? Do you usually sleep longer than five hours?
