Can only guest chat

I made a new account with the name JasmineCrystal. However I can only login as a guest. Even though on the forum I can load a pic.

Any input would be appreciated.

Access chat via forum.

Clear cache/cookies first. Log in to your account in forum, drop down list at the top next to “Forums”, select “chat”.

Still says:
You were disconnected from the server by server.

Reason: not authenticated

That happened to me... It might be that you sent the authenticate email to the wrong address before you tried the correct one, from what I've noticed it tends to bug out when this happens.

In that it will not allow you to authenticate via a new email until you authenticate via the first address you posted, but that was just my experience.
