Cant enter chat....

Whenever I enter the chatroom, i get an error saying i've been disconnected because ive been identified as a spammer/scammer. VPNs are not allowed and countries from known scammers are also blocked.

I've never used a VPN and am in Canada. Nor have i ever spammed or scammed.

Help?

Your internet providers probably use their services for VPN as well. There's nothing that FCN can do. There's no problem on FCN's end.
