Can't log in as a registered user

I tried using Firefox and Google Chrome.
I cleared my history, etc.
It allows me to log into forums, but when I select chat, it will take me to the next screen, but then just keeps refreshing.
I can log in as a guest easy.
Also, I noticed the verification just keeps going and I have to refresh that as well.
