I am having the same issue.

I am able to access the rooms on my mobile, but on desktop - irrespective of which browser I use - I get the same view as above.

Can someone please help?

Whitelist (add to exceptions) the following URL's in your anti-virus software, if you're willing to do so:
schat.freechatnow.com
freechatnow.com

This is a temporary solution.

Norton and Avast are on meth which is causing them to block the connection.

FCN doesn't run any malicious code.
