Can't share pics in chat

Hey,
My apologies if this isn't the place to post this. I'm having trouble sharing pics in pvt chat. The first time I had trouble it said I needed to be a registered user, which I am. I logged out and back in, and then it just wouldn't share them.
Could there be something wrong with my account? Tia
 
Have you tried to contact a moderator or administrator?.
