Hi , am able to login in the forum however as soon as I try to enter any chat room with the credentials it shows an error that unable to authenticate Captcha whereas there is no option to verify any captcha

Is anyone facing the same issue. If not can anyone advice or help on how to rectify this glitch??

What kind of device? OS? Browser?

Try a different web browser.

Can you clear cookies/caxhe, close the browser app, restart the device and try again?

Which device, OS and browsers do you use?

Hi Stan I don't use multiple ids but do have another one registered around 40-50 days ago(when I was having issues with ehaan id). Ehaan_
is the userid that I have been using since a year now almost.

I can see that you you logged into your other profile 15 times since Sept 10th and that's likely the issue. There's a reason why we tell people that using multiple profiles will cause those issues.

Try the Solution suggestions in FCN Help/Support forum.

Yes it's resolved but some other error though am using a residential wifi. But it's ok . Can manage with data connection.. will post the screenshot of the error received when trying to join with residential wifi which never had any issues in the old version
