You are beautiful. You are strong, and brave, and capable of reaching your goals. You're worthy of love, not just the butterflies, or the hot sex, but the respect, commitment, and gentle touch. And that time that you thought you would break, and did for a little while. I think you're brave for getting up every day since and learning to breathe all over again. Sometimes you doubt your strength and hide your fears from everyone, hoping they'll go away. But your fears are part of what makes you beautiful. Even in the depths of despair, crippling fears, and pains, and tragedy, you evolve into a woman that has risen above it all each and every day. When you feel weak, remind yourself of all you've overcome. Keep breathing. And always be true to yourself.
