@BadBabe77 you are amazing and such a lady. I adore you and I am so grateful for your friendship. I don't think a day has gone by since we first talked that we haven't had a giggle even on the rough days and that in itself is true friendship.
Today I want to celebrated a woman who complete my mind in ways I never thought would be possible …. I don’t need to name her as she will find this without difficulty.
She is the line graph that runs through my heart, the unit that matters if you use the quadratic equation that is without solution the deviation that bedevils my direction many times. The frequency that makes my life data meaningful at times when I am in doubt or uncertain. Our commitment is singularly constructed and complex. She is sometimes the only valid answer, sometimes the reason for my peace, sometimes the height of my euphoria. She is that one person I feel safest with myself.
Sometimes she's a thought alone, sometimes she's a reaction to my actions, sometimes she's the harbor where I find rest. Sometimes she's the breath that sticks in my throat as she walks into the room. Sometimes she's the heartbeat that brings me back to mother earth.
With her, I can be articulated about my feelings and my thoughts with the freedom of an eagle. With her, there's only freedom she challenges you to jump from the highest mountains and fly. No moment with her is a moment lost.
For her, I can write a letter without punctuation easily without difficulty because her being knows it's sincere and uncomplicated just me...
She is my best friend a piece of my soul and being. She has a heart of gold. She is socially intelligent with the ability to get along with everyone at every level of life. She is firm and unwavering, but she is also warm and the arms where I am safe. She is simply true to who she is. She makes me a better person every day.... Thank you for being you …♡

How much disease it has fought off.
How many times it could have failed but battled on,
how many ways it could have broken but did not.
I wonder if you know,
the work your body has done today.

And each day it has done this amazing job,
without your help,
without your approval,
your acceptance,
your kindness.
Each day it has soldiered on,
regardless of the constant stream of negativity,
pulsing its way from your brain to your cells.
Not good enough.
Not attractive enough.
Not the right shape.
Perhaps it’s time to see your body for what is truly is,
An amazing and mind-blowingly competent machine.
To get your soul to where it needs to be in this life.
To let you live.
