idk how many people this has happened to but every time i try to log on it just keeps showing me a "loading" screen and a spinning circle, is there anything i can do to fix this?
 
Go to internet options (in your browser) and delete history and cookies ... maybe that can help...

If it does not work, reset the modem ... and maybe it will work ...

Sometimes it happens that the bandwidth decreases at certain times due to the network sharing in your locality
