I have dug through the forum and have heard others have had this issue but I am confused and quite a bit scared because I don't understand what happened. It said I was banned and reported to the authorities when I first tried to use a guest name, but when I tried again after with the same guest name there was no issue and let me right in. I don't know if it was a glitch or not but really could use some insight on it. Please advise.

If you didn't upload anything illegal, it dues not apply to you—only to whomever used that connection with that username at the time of earlier ban.
The bans are executed either automatically by the system or by a moderator as a result of a report and review of a live report.
If you did post questionable or illegal content, authorities will deal with it accordingly.
