Chat down after server update?

Was told to describe the problem I had earlier here, although I know I'm not the only one.

When I login to the forum first, it didn't let me login into the chat rooms under my account. It only took me to the "enter username, age, and gender" page. When I would click "login" it redirected me to the forum page that says "you're already logged in"

If I sign into the chat rooms first, I am able to sign in with my account and then can sign into the forums afterwards and I experience no problems.

This is all on chrome mobile browser, with incognito mode on.

This issue persists today, after the new updates were applied?
 
Not able to login to chat either. Redirects back into room selection and opens another ad-window. Third day now.
Using an Android phone and tried on pc/windows too.
 
Has everyone tried clearing cookies / data for freechatnow.com (or entirely, if you don't have active sessions for any other websites) and the cache?
Tried a different web browser?

Trying a different web browser you haven't used before on a website not behaving as expected is a good way to test whether the issue is cached data / cookie related.

Tried to log in as a guest as well?
Tried logging out and logging back into your forum profile, then trying to log into chat?
Disabled privacy / incognito mode?

Disabled popup blockers?

If any or all of these adjustments allow you to log in, we'd like to know.
It also seems like some people were able to log in again, but aren't letting us know, so we don't know what to assume.
