I was using safari/google
I was in the middle of an rp in pms and the whole browser froze up (not the phone itself) causing the whole site to refresh and send me back to the log in screen .The issue mainly seems to happen while in pms as well, and can vary from how many times it ends up doing this. I once froze up 5 times due to this issue. I hope this helps out in figuring out the bug.

I know y’all are looking into it, and you’ve been attentive thus far, but it’s getting really frustrating—to the point I don’t even want to use chat anymore. I’m hesitant to message people and have conversations because I know any minute now, the site’s going to crash, and I’m going to lose all the data. It has completely ruined the experience.

It's not an easy task when a software/hardware giant releases new software and things go haywire with websites. Who knows what Apple is mishandling or what changes they've made in how they handle websites...

Safari has some weird settings deep in the settings. I don't know whether some of those may help in the meantime.

yeah that’s the one.. my apologize on that! Not sure where I got the 15 one so that’s my fault. It seems the longer the text when typing before it freezes and locks up… learning shorter messages do help though for anyone else on the same problems. Thanks for lookin into the issues though Stanthropical

Couldn’t tell you the exact date but the ios update did help a little, not as frequently with the crashes. Maybe a week or two since it started again. Apologies for not saying anything sooner.

That's not going to helpful to determine where the bugs are. It's a guessing game when details and tight timeframes are missing.

while in PM chat it will freeze up and lag. It gets very slow how do i fix that. I've tried using chrome, firefox, safari, and microsoft edge. its the same thing.

Freeze up and lag are two different things. Which one and while doing what? Details are very important.
