Request Clarification on what constitutes "rape content"

Apologies if I sound completely stupid, but I am confused about definitions. I have posted a certain fetish fantasy which is a picture with a caption, the caption doesn't mention anything regarding forced, coerced, kidnapped, held hostage, or anything of that nature. It's a BDSM fantasy and I have posted it many times in the chats, it's never been an issue prior. I am seeking any clarification on this, I have already submitted a ban appeal, but IF I am allowed back I would like to avoid this situation moving forward.
