Confused about the site

Hello, I'm new to the site but I'm confused about the way it works. First of all it says it's free but then all I see are things about money.
I clicked on Sex chat...I think and it brought me to a different site that wants money. This is why I'm confused.

Don't hit sex chat. Click the 3 lines at top left of screen and click chat. Pick a room, click login (only) since you are already registered. No need to fill out info
