Confused by report

(Fyi: Copied and pasted this, and I'm not sure where to put this and I just need an answer )

Literally had to make an account for this. I usually use guest, I'm not even sure what thread this goes. But I went in as guest, it said my IP address was reported and stuff. I have no idea what I did? I'm of legal age(19, yes yes pretty young I know) and haven't done anything illegal that I know of?? It didn't let me go in then I did it again and it was just fine?? I'm so confused

You're not showing us what you saw. Unable to comment or give an answer on "IP address was reported and stuff."

I can't show what I saw because it only happened once and I left when I saw it. I didn't think about screenshotting it. It just said I was reported and being investigated?? I don't kno what else to tell you.
