No disrespect, but while I am an accomplished artist across multiple fields and have been doing it for my entire life... the affinity for image theft on these sites is much too high a risk for me, as I take great pride in my work and am in no mood for a legal battle with assholes...

So, I will not be posting my own work publicly. If you want to see then ask me privately and pray.
 
Words are my colours
Phrases, my strokes
Sentences, the palate my mind caresses
Paragraphs become my canvas.

I do appreciate the visual arts and thanks for posting guys.

Words are your colours, yet little are spoke.
Phrases, your strokes... yet empty in scope.
A sentence, the palette your mind caressed... perhaps it is time you stop and take rest?
Paragraph though your canvas may be, none of the above is true to me.

Apologies for that, just thought there was more you could say there.

A poet, I am not but to my unlearned eye, that is rather good.

I've spent my entire literary career making sure absolutely nothing rhymes; that is a big no-no.

I've just had a couple of months break and I'm champing at the bit to get back to work.

I was simply mentioning not all art is of the visual kind.
Story-telling too, is an art, and also a creative type.

A nit-picker might mention, that's comparing 'art' with 'an art'.
