This was made in my Expressive Arts Group. So there is definitely a therapeutic side to this.
For sure Crystal any form of art is therapeutic in a way but very few do expressive art
I can truly feel the transformation from frustration to content! Your art has so much expression!
I always try to capture emotions i have some drawings that i am not allow to share here due to fcn rules and which i understand then i coult show more but well

Its intresting i do emotions in drawings but what you do is totaly diffrent ... people needs to see that you can give an outlet to your emotion in diffrent ways

Far too much of my art is old stuff. That one was a doodle created through multiple classes back in high school when i should have been taking notes. I need to get back to drawing and writing again
