I still like the pencil sketches just finding it easier to contrast with colors, I don't know why

I am big in to shading that is why i like pencil
I have tried and tried and really love the simple yet complexness of sketches, but i suck at shading so far lol contrasting colors to get the same desired effect i am getting the hang of a lil quicker
could be more because of the platform i am using, i am doing these all on my laptop in a digital sketchbook with a pen, so i cant really get the effect of rolling a pencil on its side as you could on paper idk. Either that or its just me lol
