Cupcakes and blushes

Because I now can't sleep, and I've thought of some stuff I forgot to put in my introduction, here's part 2.

I've suffered with insomnia since my teenage years. My brain is always thinking about multiple things at once.

I don't know how to drive, and I've never smoked a cigarette in my life.
I've never taken illegal drugs, and I plan never to.

Having one ovary badly damaged when I was 19 years old, and the other complety removed when I was 31 years old, means I don't have any children.

I love watching and listening to thunder and lightening.
I've never been afraid of my own company, and I hope I keep that trait.

I'm a very accident prone person, I've had broken bones, fractures, stitches and staples putting me back together, and a burn scar which is fading with age.

I hate religion, never seen the point in it at all.

I'll leave it there for now, before I start scaring some of you off.

So this feels a little weird doing an introduction after being on here for 6 months, but I wanted to give this a try.

Some of you know me, some of you think you know me, and I may be new to some people.

I'm 35 years old, been in a relationship for nearly 11 years now. I found this place to fulfill a need I've been lacking, to feel wanted.

I like to bake, as I have a major sweet tooth. I wouldn't say I'm the best at it, but good enough to please my sweet tooth.
While on the subject of food, I'm also a vegetarian, as I'm a big fan of all animals.
Another hobby of mine is I like art and craft projects. For example last Christmas I made my loved ones Christmas tree baubles and Christmas cards.
I also like to read, I'm getting quite a collection of craft books. My favourite book series is Sir Terry Pratchetts Discworld.

I have tattoos, and I love seeing others tattoos. I don't have anything pierced but my ears.
I've never worn make up, I've never really seen the point in it.
I blush easily, it's something I've always done, and can't seem to stop doing.

I like to think I'm easy to get on with, although I can have a stubborn streak. I have been known to use scarcasm on my bad days. I'm a positive person, and like to wear my smile everyday.

I'll finish off by saying hello to my friends, and to any future friends.

Be kind to each other, you don't know what has happened and is happening in someone's life.

hiya freya.hope ya get to sleep soon.
we have a few things in common like never taken illegal drugs as can't see the point.
sorry to hear about the kid side of things but at least you can other peoples kids backat the end of the day

i too love thunder and lightening we don't get enough of it here

i also like my own company hence still being up at 6am

I'm sorry to hear about some of the issues you've had. I love listening to rain and thunder too. Actually, I'm getting ready to youtube some right now to help me get to sleep. Hope you get some sleep soon.

Honestly Freya ... that probably is your best bet for fun. I was reading your thread from last year about playing kissing tag. You seem like you have fun out here so keep it up. Take care and see ya around.
 
I was just reading through this to see if there was anything I wanted to add.

But instead it's made me a little upset, as I now see how many friends are no longer here.
