This site is for adults and people to escape from their irl world and to have fun and just chill. Most people don't want to see people feeling sad 24/7 or have negative energy and thoughts. You have depression and I get that but maybe you can try to look at life a bit differently. I have my health issues and feel crappy at times like today I feel like death and it sucks but I try to find the good in the bad and remain happy and just take it one day at a time. I know that being sad etc won't change how I am feeling or won't cure me and also being happy won't but it's better for my outlook and mental health to take the happy path. YOU are in control of how you want to live your life and what you want your outlook to look like. Being happy and just going with the flow of things in my life is what I do and it's good for me. I know that being happy just makes my life a bit better and helps me get through my hard times because we all have our struggles and have our moments so no one can be happy 24/7, but you can always set goals to get to that point of being happy. Never put your happiness into another person's pocket because you have the control of your own happiness. Take some time for yourself and just think about stuff in your life and just try to better yourself. Look up positive quotes and every day read a good one and just boost yourself up. Also if you aren't on any medicines for your depression maybe look into that or if you are then maybe ask your doctor to try a new med or a higher dosage.
