I rarely sit watching chat but when doing so, any one who posts a pic or spams, blocked. In quite a short time, all that are left to see are people who actually chat. So, if you have previously posted a pic or spammed then wonder why a PM to me gets no reply, now you know.

There was a similar feature few months ago, but it needed to be fine-tuned. It's back in its current form.
