Well after the holidays are over , I’ll be dieting certainly ate to much these last couple of weeks. If anyone know of a good diet plan, please comment.

Now that holidays are finally over , I’m starting my diet , and I plan on walking daily since I’m laid off from work.
I’m down about 3 pounds from last month . Drinking more water and when the roads aren’t covered in snow I’m walking daily about a mile
