Difficulty uploading pro pic

I am unable to change my profile picture. I just joined and I had another picture up from the one that I have now, but changed it to this one. Now I want to change it back to the other one I had, but the one I have now keeps popping back up. I have tried on different browsers and even on my phone, but have been unsuccessful. Does anyone have any suggestions? I am normally pretty literate when it comes to computers, but this has me stumped because I have never ran into an issue like this. Please any help would be really great.

24 minutes ago the picture on my phone looks crystal clear but on this site it looks pixelie, I want y'all to see the crystal clear picture I see.

I'm not trying to be different from the Real world. this is who I actually really am I'm not pretending I am just wanting to get my life back as I say in my introduction. If I come off stronly it's because I'm fighting for my life here.

I'm going back to my intro, maybe I should word it better or something?
