Yes. I think we all should, to an extent. So long as you don’t lose sight of yourself, or place too much focus or value on what others think and trying to please them.
No. I have general kitchen bin, bathrooms bins, bedroom bin, small food waste caddy in kitchen, 3-4 large outdoor recycling bins, glass/bottle bin, I’m sure I’ve missed some other damn bin.
So organization. Much options. Very comprehensiveness.
I make an effort not to eat the same stuff, although it does happen more often than sometimes, but I don't give it much thought. If I take preplanned meals from home, I sometimes eat the same thing three or more days in a row.
