probably. would need a list of what you think isn’t that great, cause that’ll be controversial for sure. too many studies to keep up with. i maintain a diverse, moderate diet. and i’m sure i get bad with the good, but i have had my diet micromanaged for nutrition (and have had team nutritionists handle it) for years. it didn’t prevent the mess i’m in now. so i’ve thrown it all out the window and just eat what i like, even if some new study says it’s not great.
