There has always been fabricated news stories it is just new to call it fake news

Everything against t.rump or that he doesn't like is 'fake news' he takes it to a new level

That's not the point. Tr.ump uses it as a way to attack the press for covering him . And his supporters believe it . If he lies and is caught he says fake news. If he says something inaccurate and is called out he says fake news. There is a difference between actual fake news and people reporting accurately things that have been done , that he doesn't like being called out on.

Even says its 'fake' when they have him on camera saying it....

No it's a fact. Tr ump calls any negative press concerning him fake news. Even if there is absolute proof the story is correct. Even if there is video of him saying it. And the purpose of it is to further distrust of the press among his supporters. So even when he's caught without a doubt in the mind of a reasonable person, his cult will make up excuses for how it's fake news. So because they are stupid they believe him. And just like he wants they vote for him. The point of the meme went completely over your head.
