These bands that are on this site are ridiculous. I understand that they are trying to keep out bots but to ban someone for spamming/scamming multiple times when they do no wrong and ISP is all good then I say I'm gone this happens one more time

Your ISP is mismanaging (read: INCOMPETENCE) its network configuration and as a result, the network is responding to probing as if it's a network set up for bots. Your ISP will NEVER admit to it and certainly won't tell you how it's configured. Newsflash: your ISP sells you megabytes on THEIR terms, NOT yours.

And no, you don't understand the control in-place, because you were already informed o what's taking place, but you seem to have a hard time comprehending it.
