Click your username, top right. On drop down “Contact Details”. Option to update there.

Don't forget to confirm the new email, or you won't be able to post in forums. You'll need to open your email and confirm that action with link in email. Always check your junk/spam email folder if it seems like you're not receiving the confirmation email. Email wont work until email is confirmed in email which was emailed to you. Email.
