Approx. 5 week update.

Over the past 5 weeks, I've observed significant improvements in my skin, mood, energy levels and the quality of my sleep. After removing my multi vitamin and simplifying my supplement routine to include spearmint tea x 2 daily (AM & PM), omega-3 x 1 daily (PM), and 4mg myo-inositol x 2 daily (AM & PM).
I’ve boosted my diet with more fruits and veggies, and cut down on refined sugar, mostly from reducing sugary coffee intake.

In the coming weeks, I’ll take further steps to enhance my nutrition. This involves a continued reduction in my consumption of processed junk food and a more dedicated focus on incorporating lean proteins and whole grain foods into my meals.
As someone who enjoys baking, I'll continue exploring recipes with healthier ingredient alternatives. For instance, replacing refined sugar with options like honey, maple syrup, or mashed bananas. Additionally, experimenting with butter alternatives, such as avocado or Greek yoghurt.
