My favorite roleplay is one where the doorbell rings early on a Saturday morning, and I'm ready to give some bible thumpers a piece of my mind, but it turns out to be the Publishers Clearing House gang with full balloons & confetti, and they tell me I've won $5000 a week for life.

I like a good action/adventure, drama or thriller type story to role play and if the plot allows the characters to get some 'intimate' time together somewhere in the story, all the better as it allows me to work on writing quality erotica as well. The attraction of role play for me, is actually trying to 'play the role', getting the thoughts, emotions, dialogue and dialects to suit what ever era/situation/country the story is set in is a very useful form of practise for a writer.
