Feel free to demonstrate how you think it could be better, by creating a website with identical free service.
Just because i cant make a website doesn't mean im wrong.
its basic stuff like making sure the bot stops banning people who don't do anything, i admit i don't know how to do that but either you don't as well or you do and are just not doing it.
so yeah o dont know how to make a website but i do know when one has stuff wrong with it, EVERY SITE DOES. its just here we never get updates on a lot of stuff like that that was fixed or even acknowledgement that the issue we are showing people is even an issue at all.

Right. Basic stuff. There's nothing wrong with the website. There's no need for any update. There's nothing to fix. There's nothing to acknowledge. It was already explained to you what's taking place and, three times, a potential solution was suggested to you, but it appears that you're only looking for a conflict.

if by "Solution" you mean the teeny tiny little piece of text you added onto your post at the end twice then sure you told us a solution however the main thing you did was basically say "there is nothing you can do after you filed the appeal so shut up and wait"
and that we cannot discuss bans.
and if there is nothing wrong then why is this thread even a thing if nothing is wrong no one would have a complaint about this, Every site has stuff wrong with it, the bot bans people for no reason then they have to wait like 2 weeks for their appeal then get banned again and all that's ever said is "you cannot discuss bans so just file an appeal and wait" whic h you said so yourself is slow because all the mods are volunteers which i understand is hard however that is not my or anyone's fault that you cant keep up with the bans.
so don't talk to me like everything i said had no meaning, all you do is offer the base solution if even any then act like anything said after is worthless, all we are talking about in here is that the bot banned us for no reason and we wanted to know why that was all.
i will say again with all my heart i am NOT LOOKING for a conflict but based on other posts ive seen with you in you sure seem to be involved in a lot of them.
I started this thread in the hope of finding information in regards to automatic bans of registered users and allowing other affected users (of which there appear to be many) to locate that info under a simple heading. I accept that site regulations may prevent a full explanation however the lack of communication to members who have had no prior indiscretions only added to my frustration, and to others as is apparent, so perhaps I should remove this thread (not sure if I can...I havent looked) and repost as a "journal" detailing the steps I needed to take to mitigate my particular circumstance, as an information source for those who befall the same fate. I also do agree in regards to free chat sites as another I belonged to has also had its true purpose hijacked by spammers (who appeared to be banned quite comprehensively) which as seems to be the way of the internet world. I am also grateful for FCN for quite a rare occasion here as I met my current partner here (back when the cams worked so I could verify with my own eyes she was, in fact, a she!) almost 4 years ago. So in conclusion I will take the opportunity to thank those responsible for resolving my personal difficulties in regards to recent events

i agree with a lot of things you said and tbh now I'm kind of over it a bit, i got it out of my system, there are reasons we are not told stuff however those reasons are kinda stupid but if we are not going to be told then there is nothing we can do.
honestly when i get unbanned ill be talking here a lot less so yeah i just hope its not another 15 days wait after i sent the ban appeal. i just hope i don't get banned for no reason again cus goddamn it would be a whole months wait.

Let's back up a bit.
You cant refer to reasons of a private entity as stupid. Private entities choose to operate their existence however they see fit, which benefits either everyone or the mostly the private entity—depending on its goals. Just like you run your life or private business however you like as a private citizen, just like you would potentially choose to exclude a wide variety of individuals from your home, life or business simply because they might share a certain trait they may not be aware of and you're not obligated to explain it to anybody in more than general terms.

tbh im just mad that im STILL banned for no reason if i wasn't banned i wouldn't be talking on here.
and don't say there was a reason because it told me it was Spam but i only posted a single image, i dont mind being banned for a few days but over half a month is too long.
The exact details of we manage spam is confidential. If I were to share this information spammers would find workarounds. We can't tell you how to evade bans and global mutes for very obvious reasons.
You don't see what happens behind the scenes, the layers and layers of automated systems designed to detect and prevent abuse. I spend about 2 hours every day, even weekends, keeping these systems up to date with the latest spam tactics. Some still slips through of course but that's about 5% of the amount we actually get.
As far as bans/mutes affecting normal users: It happens. To a fraction of a percent of users, less than 1%. I'm fine with that considering the huge amount of spam being prevented. Tough luck, nothing to be done. I do my best to minimize the issue of course.
Move to another site if you want.. but don't be surprised if it's full of spam.

i agree that i don't know a lot of what happens and this site is one of if not THE best chat site but that doesn't mean i cant complain when its bad.
I've been banned for 19 days and counting for something that is clearly happening to others as well, not much but that doesn't change the fact its still happening.
i have no power here so fair i cant do shit but i can say this,
TBH one thing I'm angry at is the fact that Stanthropical can give exactly 1 way to possible solve this and then claim to have given it his all and then act like he has tried everything to help me when his only help came at the bottom of his posts as a teenie tiny little bit of text you might miss and then act like a child when anyone says the site may not be 100% perfect.
honestly i WILL shut up if that's what you want but don't you dare act like im insane for talking here, im just really upset that my ban appeal i assume still has not been looked at despite giving all the information needed, i got more to say but i know no one would care besides im autistic and even trying to make a coherent text message hurts so im done for now.
EDIT: forget a lot of what i said tbh im just angry that i actually made some friends on here then i get banned for no reason for over half a month while the people in charge tell me to shut up and deal with it, none of the friends use the forum part often and i just want to talk with them.
