I'm married to a woman, and love wearing her clothes when she's not home. I've been doing it for a number of years,even when I was younger, I would be amazed by putting on panties and bras. I'm to the point I have been thinking of going to the doctor and talking about gender identity issues. I have always had bigger 'manboobs' than my peers growing up, and I love wearing a bra that fits them. And yes, I have worn my wifes underwear under my 'man' clothes in public. Makes me feel sexy.

I would definitely go see a therapist and discuss this with them and other things you are feeling. They should be able to help you work thru it and know if you should start transitioning.
