Culinary Freya's baking thread

Today's batch of mini spinach and tomato quiches. They have turned out just as delicious as my first attempt (there was 9, I've already taste tested one)

 

I had so much quiche filling left over, I've made some spinach and red pepper pots (and I've already eaten one)

 

Yummy .....so delicious......

 

I will take one.. yummy delicious

 

Coconut cake, which started as coconut brownies, but I don't currently have a brownie pan. So I used a bread loaf pan instead.

 

Double chocolate brownie cake. I used both milk chocolate and white chocolate. Again I don't currently have a brownie pan, so I used my normal cake pan.

 

I currently have banana and honey cupcakes baking. Pictures up later.

 

Banana and honey cupcakes. I changed up the recipe a little, using soft brown sugar instead of caster sugar.

 

Simple biscuit recipe, cut into the Batman symbol.

 

When shall i taste it...

No he was busy with @IVY- lol she told him no because he didn't eat his veggies! Hahaha

 

I now have a proper brownie pan.

 

Easy, just homemake them like i did tonight.
