How odd, I always use self raising flour.I couldn’t get plain flour, so I had to use self raising. I’m guessing that’s why...or maybe I’m just shit at baking like I thought. Lol

Tomato, pepper, and broccoli quiche.
Made the case with potato, red onion, breadcrumbs, and egg, baked it, before adding the fillings.
Left over case ingredients got made into fritters.

Thank you.It will.leaven only on a first rise.. so things which go proof to oven will work but things like breads requiring a punch down and second lift will not work so well
