In this scene, it could be MC wearing a piece of clothing stolen from a cute girl from school or something similar.
FAMILY CURSE
MC finds out that his family was cursed a long time ago and that when the men of the family turn a certain age (say 25) the spend each full moon after that as a female version of themselves. Having sex prolongs the effect and getting pregnant can make it permanent, and it just so happens that MC's female alter ego has a very high sex drive.
