I think one thing I loved about the old chat is how easy it was to see who was saying what and how easy it was to know if someone was a guest or a registered user. The biggest issue I have now with the new chat is how cluttered the chats look. There is so much going on. I think I like the new features but not if they come at the cost of a cluttered UI. Less is more in this case tbh.
