Disconnecting Getting disconnected for every 5 mins in new chat.

Is this only for me or everyone is facing this. Im getting disconnected for every 5 mins in the new chat.. like there is a timer running for it. I would like some help

OS?
Browser?
Type of connection?
Do you switch apps and let it run in background for an extended duration?

Im facing this in laptop, windows 11. chrome browser, Iam using wifi connection of JIO for this. No i dont switch apps
