Feedback - General GIFs and pics load time.

GIFs and certain pics take ages to load, compared to the old chat it just feels frustrating when a GIF takes close to 30 seconds to open.
Older chat used to be instant with it.

I have noticed that some photos take longer than others depending on your connection.

Which browser are you using? Device? OS? Processor? RAM size?

catastrophic load times for pix and gif while all other sites (youtube etc) work totally great. the new server sukks.
