Gifs will not upload in gif format, only still image

Just wondering if I have done anything wrong.
I have:
-cleared cache
- deleted history
- deleted cookies
- logged out and relogged

I'm thinking it's the site because I can still view the gifs on my phone. Thats also downloading a posted gif and reuploading it.
I'm just sort of lost.
Please help.

Where? Are they animated .gif's or animated .webp's

I've been posting in Sauna and BigBang. They are animated .gifs
