Hi. I got banned from chat using a guest accoubt. It happened when I was offline and I have no idea what I did wrong. The reason was for
persistent abusive and libelous activity by an unstable individual. What does that even mean? Can anyone help?
 
As indicated in the ban message, the ISP's network range has been blocked due to ongoing abusive and libellous behaviour from an unstable individual. If you would like to chat, kindly switch to WiFi or another network

Yes I get that but I’m not even sure what I did wrong. Will the ban eventually go away?
 
It seems you don't get that.

The ISP's network range has been blocked, not you specifically.
 
You're not blocked. The network range which that individual is using has been blocked. Use a different way to get in.
 
Ok logging on with this account works. Can’t log on as a guest. Did FCN block the ips or was it my service provider? Sorry for all the questions just trying to figure this all out.
