There's a user on here who shows up from time to time and sends the most vile hateful messages completely unprompted. I did several reports during my chat with them today before blocking them, but for whatever reason they never seem to get blocked. Just a sample below... This was taken just a few minutes ago today, 8/4/26 at ET. Anything you all can do to once and for all keep them away would be nice. Thanks!!

Make sure to close the DM after blocking someone. If you keep the DM open, they'll continue to be able to message you. Opening DM with a blocked user essentially whitelists them while you have that DM open.

Thank you! And sorry I meant blocked via FCN, not just by me. They've been doing this for literally years now, popping up under different names - but always very clearly the same person. As you can see, they have their own, um.. . style. lol. Thanks again!

Hey there ! Since you were so nice to help me out with that last one, I thought I'd ping you... I for some reason got banned last night and I have no idea why. Just said to read the TOS, but no reason given. Maybe because I was hitting up people too quickly? Any light you can shed would be amazing because I honestly don't have any idea otherwise or if this is a temporary vs permanent thing as well
