This is my second summer here and last summer i paid 200+leva (a bit more than a 100 dollars, but it feels like 200 dollars to us ) for electricity, which is the most I've ever paid for electricity. And I heat up my other apartment with an air conditioner in winter. So yeah. I expect to pay even more this summer, because of the rising cost of electricity
