308 I like to think of it of a "do what makes me happy" vs thinking of others.

308 I've learned to be more selfish....and its good. I'm a rather co-dependent person, but I realize that now, every action I do "for others" I think about if its really for me...or them.
309 Good point. I'm just used to putting others first. And theres some ... issues, that make it hard to build confidence and self respect.
