I'm not sure I follow you.
I welcome most newbies unless they simply post what they seek and its nothing I'm interested in.
If its a basic 'no details' intro, I give a basic 'Welcome aboard' back.
If they do an actual introduction, I reply with lines and lines of response.
Match the response to the post is how I play.
