HELP... plz!

For the last week or two, chat will NOT allow me to login fully/successfully. It loads some online friends and then, just seems to refresh over and over rather than "connecting" me (to others, I appear to constantly log out and back in). SOMETIMES - not always - if I simply tolerate it long enough, I'll connect. But it's hardly worth the gamble with how infrequently it is successful...

I thought maybe it was my browser or Java, but it appears to be my account - as I am able to log in as a guest no problem. Do you know of any troubleshooting that I can do on my end? Or is there anything administratively/supports-wise that can resolve this? I'd greatly appreciate any/all help...

FYI... I have been logging into the Forum first, as suggested elsewhere. Still doesn't help.
 
What kind of device are you trying to connect with?
Via WiFi, cellular or wired connection?
OS version of device?
Which web browser and is it updated?

Does it work on any different device of same type or different device of different type on same or different wired or WiFi/cellular networks and network connections and different web browsers?

Explore all avenues available at your disposal to connect, please.

We don't have a solution at this time and if someone does, please contribute. The issue typically appears to be network reliability, which can be at your residence or further up the stream. Sometimes, it's a WiFi/device issue. FCN chat is a very busy place and software with low latency tolerance, because it's a live data stream back and forth.
 
What kind of device are you trying to connect with? Personal Laptop
Via WiFi, cellular or wired connection? WiFi (highspeed internet)
OS version of device? Windows
Which web browser and is it updated? Default is Chrome, but also tried Firefox. Both browser have current updates

Does it work on any different device of same type or different device of different type on same or different wired or WiFi/cellular networks and network connections and different web browsers? Also tried on tablet w/ Amazon Silk (browser) - same problem.

Explore all avenues available at your disposal to connect, please. None of these seem to be the "issue." I can log in no problem as a guest. Makes it feel like there's something specific to my account, but I don't know what would contribute to that...

However, I presently work from home and there's no issues w/ my network supporting those functions - which would place a higher demand on the network...

Can you try connecting via Ethernet cable using the laptop?
