Yesterday I had the idea of making, why not, a serie of "musical portraits" of some FCN users of my choice.

With this serie of musical portraits I am showing, through music, my feels and impressions about the person I portrait.
For this first edition, I've chosen @Heather .

A kind and soft picture, never too far from the usual melancholy of sensitive people.

Nice and relaxing. Parts of it remind me of a song I once knew well. Lovely.

Such an inspiration coming from such a person, such a name "under the sea". And this is what I choose to depict, sea. A marine portrait. Full of colors, or irisations, always and never the same at the same time. Complex and immense. And profoundly wise. This is what Thalassa inspired me.

A grand musical rendition of the sea for sure. Makes me yearn to go back there.

This piece, in itself, questions everything. Why ? Why is this, why is that, why do I care, or why am I not caring ?
Such questions, going to the deep core of your own reality, your own consciousness, leaves us with our own Vacuity.

At 30 sec in I could feel it coming, at 1:10 in I lost it. This song somehow reached in and drew emotions I haven't experienced in decades. I haven't been back to finish it. Am I scared to?

Time for the second musical portrait, and for this one, I've chosen @Busty_Nerd .

Writing for a fellow classical pianist isn't an easy task; also, I choose quite a virtuoso, Bach-Busoni style, to demonstrate the strengh needed to be an FCN admin'. Even if it's the titty one !

Absolutely beautiful. It reminded me of the heady days of the first silent movies. I mean I'm the way the music played conveyed the mood in which it was to portray the scene. This tune gave me a sense of so many different feelings and emotions.

I'm glad I didn't upset you with it. I know some musicians want to pervay a singular emotion. But this tunes variation, to me revealed multiple emotions.

Ok, so i only had time to list to this 4 or 5 times before i really needed to make a reply.

@Dogowar is nail on the head. This is emotion in audio. i could picture a ballerina dancing to this, soft lighting, beckoning someone to them. Its beautiful and sad and warming all at once.
And yes... this is now my new favourite, even though I've said this every time. ❤️
