I'm good, been preparing for an audit at work for the last 5 days. 2 more days to go before they arrive on Monday morning.

I'm a morning shift production manager, so I get the problems that you are facing.
As well as preparing for the audit, I had to carry out a disciplinary investigation. Turns out to be a misunderstanding due to language.
