Its not letting me link pictures from other websites due to it being spam, ehat are some websites where i can upload gifs from?
How can like pictures?

You'll have to employ a trial-and-error method. Images themselves could be flagged as spam as well.
I tried resending a gif someone had sent me and that didnt work either
